Biography: Leyna joined the U Cosmetic team in November 2008. She has a Bachelor degree and an administrative background working at the local hospitals. She started with us as a receptionist and grew her role into Office Manager who is now responsible for all administrative aspects of client services. Leyna is enthusiastic about staying current in her knowledge of all aspects of treatments and services offered at U Cosmetic and works closely with the Executive Board to ensure excellent customer care.

Biography: Jes came to U Cosmetic at the beginning of 2013 as another one of our welcoming faces at the front desk. She brings with her over 15 years experience in the customer service industry. She is one of the cheerful voices at the other end of the phone or email when you contact us.

Biography: Terri joined UCosmetic in December 2013 after graduating from Trillium College Medical Office Administration program. She brings with her over 20 years of Customer service. Terri greets clients, books appointments, and cordinates Dr. Sangers EVLT bookings. She has 10 years as an Esthetician and brings this experience to our clinic by taking the best care of our patients.

Biography: Tanya has been with U Cosmetic since the clinic opened in 2008. She has over 16 years experience and certification in advanced skin and laser treatments. She has trained in both Canada and the US and continues to take part in specialized training to remain current in a rapidly evolving industry. Tanya provides a myriad of treatments and thoroughly enjoys working with clients to achieve their individual goals and takes special care to provide optimal service.

Biography: Barb began employment with U Cosmetic in early 2011 bringing with her over 28 years in the Esthetics industry. Along with providing advance treatments and expert advice regarding U Cosmetic medical grade skin care, Barb works enthusiastically with all of her clients developing successful treatment plans. Barb continues to stay current in her field and also enjoys teaching and supervising in the Esthetics Program at St Lawrence College.

Biography: Morgan is excited to join the U Cosmetic family after gaining experience in the traditional esthetics field. Her past experiences include teaching high school abroad, and in western Ontario, however her true passion has led her back to her love of esthetics. Morgan is detail orientated and is eager to share her knowledge and love of skincare and medical esthetics with you.

Position: Registered Nurse

Biography: Teresa has been a registered nurse for over 30 years in an acute care hospital, the last 20 years in a busy operating room. Her broad experience and education has allowed her to confidently transition into a career in the cosmetic medicine industry. Communicating with and comforting patients in the often anxiety-producing setting of a surgery has helped her to engage easily with the wonderful patients at U Cosmetic. Teresa assists Dr Sangers with cosmetic and vein consults, some facial injectable treatments and sclerotherapy.

Name: Janice Moore

Position: Registered Nurse

Biography: Janice began working at UCosmetic in 2012 bringing with her 25 years of critical care nursing experience. She works in all medical and surgical nursing aspects and is a certified Nurse injector. Janice has undertaken specialty training in numerous cosmetic procedures and enjoys working with clients to customize their individualistic goals.

After years in an intensive care hospital setting, where no one wants to find themselves or a love one, U Cosmetic provides a refreshingly unique nursing experience and challenge. Clients come to U Cosmetic out of a desire to improve upon themselves and I enjoy educating and promoting a positive and healthy attitude towards that change.

Biography: Cathy Goodjohn previously spent a number of years working for the Federal Government as a certified mental health professional and held various leadership and human resource management roles. Cathy is current with the theoretical aspect of our cosmetic medicine products and procedures which prepare her well to understand the realm of treatments and services uniquely offered at U Cosmetic. Additionally her valuable management skills enable her to assist with leading our highly successful team in achieving U Cosmetic goals of excellent patient care, service and satisfaction in a safe and welcoming environment.
