This patient is a 29 year old female who wanted a 1-2 cup size increase in her bra size. She wanted breast augmentation with implants that had a natural appearance and feel. She noticed a significant change in her breast after having 2 children and wanted full breasts to complement the rest of her figure. She had breast augmentation surgery with silicone gel implants placed under her chest muscle. She is very pleased with her outcome. Her only regret is that she did not have surgery sooner to improve her breast appearance.
