Patient is a 63-year-old woman, who presents with complaints of facial aging. The patient is most concerned with her heavy nasolabial folds, and her jowls. She does have some concerns about her lateral brow, lower the, tear troughs, however, her most significant concerns related to her lower facial aging. The patient would like a postoperative look that is not obvious, however, does show some improvement in her lower facial aging.
