This patient is a 38 year old female who contemplated breast augmentation surgery for years. She wanted breasts that had a natural feel and look following surgery but was worried for quite some time that her results would not look natural after breast augmentation. Her surgery was performed with silicone gel implants placed under her chest muscle.
