This patient is a 28-year-old female mother of two who desired an increase of one to 2 cups sizes in her bra. She wanted a postoperative appearance that was full but natural. She wanted to have a postoperative appearance that would look nice in clothing or in a bathing suit, but was not obvious that she had surgical enhancement of her breasts. This was achieved with a high profile gel breast implant placed under her chest muscle.
