This patient is a 38 year-old mother of 2. She felt that her pregnancies had left her feeling empty and deflated, so desired larger, fuller breasts but in a way that complimented her petite frame. She was treated with primary breast augmentation using 300cc, moderate profile, smooth round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under the muscle using an incision located in the inframammary fold.
