Dear newlookforV,Thank you for your question.  I would suggest taking a step back here and figuring out just what result your looking for.  then take that info to a few consults with experienced surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  You may need the Vaser  JPlasma or possibly a tummy tuck, but a definitive opinion is not possible from the photos you’ve submitted alone.  Hope this helps & good luck.James Sheridan, MD

Dear Julie_dnl,Thank you for your question.  From your photos it does appear that you have mild form of tubular breast disorder.  It can be helped by an augmentation.  In addition you should consider a Circumareolar Mastopexy to correct the herniation of the breast tissue under the areolas.  I would recommend a subGlandular placement of the implant with a radial release of the deep breast capsule to allow the breast tissue to open up and expand.  Get a few consults/opinions from surge…

Dear justine326,Thank you for your question.  I agree with one of the responders that you should consider a skin tightening modality be done along with the liposuction; Bodytite or Renuvion are the two I am familiar with.  These are designed to tighten the skin even more than what liposuction alone can achieve.  Your photos indicate that you do not have a lot of fat excess at the arms; the liposuction done should be conservative.  Otherwise I think you are a good candidate.  Hope this helps…

Dear RSProfile7608828,Thank you for your question.  Implants as you are aware do not transfer 1-1 in terms of projection-added inches.  I would add also that the 10-15% loss of projection you mention is an estimate itself.  A very specific size increase yo want cannot be guaranteed.  It would be best to have a few consults.
