23 Year Old Mrs. Treated With Breast Enlargement By Doctor Mo Zakhireh, MD, Palm Desert, California (92260)
This 23 year old patient was a B cup breast and wants to be a full C cup. During our initial consultation, I noted that the patient was 5’6” tall with a symmetric B cup. She was sized with 350cc implant sizers, which made her a full C cup and really balanced her shoulders to her hips. During surgery, I did a breast crease incision, which does not damage the breast at all. The patient wanted to make sure her nerves and milk ducts would not be disrupted in case of future breast feeding. The pocket was made deep to the pectoral muscle so that future mammograms would be safe to detect possible breast cancer, but to also keep the breasts soft and natural long term. The patient then had one final sizing at 350cc, which created the desired C cup. We then augmented her with Mentor Smooth Gel 350cc High Profile implants. (Apr 6, 2015)
