This 51 year old patient felt that she needed to look refreshed. She was concerned because her face had fallen in recent years and her full cheek bones had just disappeared. She was interested in face and neck lift, fat graft, and laser surgery. During her consultation, I noted that she had jowls and some neck banding. I also noted that she had some mid face hollowing where she had lost a lot of fat. Also, there was quite a bit of sun damage over the face and neck area. During surgery, I added fat to the mid-face and around the eyes, because fat acts as a natural filler and does so much to restore volume and improve skin. I proceeded to tighten the muscles of the face and neck to restore the full cheek bones, and used a laser to wipe away years of sun damage. (Apr 6, 2015)
