This is a 29 year old woman who felt that her breasts had become deflated and needed a pick me up. During her consultation, I noted that her breasts were ptotic due to poor skin quality and her nipples were pointing down without any upper pole fullness. During the patient’s combination mastopexy breast augmentation surgery, we were able to bring the nipple position up to where it belongs and tightened the skin envelope.
