52 Year Old Mrs. Treated With Eye Plastic Surgery Candidate With Dr. Zakhireh, Palm Desert, California (92260)
This patient is a 54 year old female who has always enjoyed the outdoors. She started to notice sun damage and heavy upper and lower eyelids, so she decided to explore the option of upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat graft and laser surgery. She was not wanting to look different, just refreshed. I removed the excess skin of her upper lids and small amount of fat from her lower lids to alleviate the puffiness. Then I took a small amount of fat from the lower abdomen and grafted it to her mid-face to fill out the hollow tear troughs and revitalize her skin. Last but not least, I addressed her sun spots and red spots with the combination of Diolyte and Erbium Sciton lasers. (Apr 6, 2015)
