This patient, 5'5" and 115 pounds, had breast augmentation by Dr. Brian P. Tierney. During the outpatient procedure, he placed 360 cc silicone breast implants under the chest muscles (submuscular placement). To better enhance breast shape, Dr. Tierney may recommend combining breast augmentation and breast lift procedures.
