Deciding upon a tummy tuck alone versus a belt lipectomy is very common. It would be helpful to see a picture of your back. If there is extra skin and fat that continues around the side and back then a belt lipectomy would be best. A belt lipectomy will also raise the buttocks and give you a better shape.

The reason why is during the breast surgery you will be placed in a sitting position to check for symmetry.  You are correct in that the right implant is bottoming out. You basically have a inftamamary fold on the right side that is lower than the left. This can be corrected by revision surgery. I would recommend discussing your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

 Personally  I do not use staples to close arm left surgeries. It is not necessarily wrong to use Staples. Staples do tend to leave track marks  after they are removed. And you are right they can be a lot more uncomfortable. 
Are Inspira moderate implant sizes comparable to mentor moderate plus sizes?

 Good question. Inspira implants are made by Allergan. Mentor makes the moderate plus implants. In general the inspira moderate implants(SRM) will have more projection per base width compared to the Mentors.  In other words, you get more projection with a smaller base width with the Inspira implants.  This is a very good question for a very common problem. If you want to have larger breasts then implants will lift your breasts without having to have a breast lift and those extra incisions around the areola.  A donut Mastopexy is not a very good way to lift the breast in general. A vertical mastopexy is a better operation to actually elevate the nipple position.  Luckily you do not need to do any left and would benefit from breast augmentation alone. ThanksBrian Tierney, MD

 Yes there are alternatives to the traditional arm lift. You are correct that most patients do not want a large long scar visible on the arm. Thermi Tight is an excellent choice to improve the contour of the arm.  It is a minimally invasive procedure performed in the office under local anesthesia. You need just one treatment. The results are excellent. I have perform this procedure many times in the office.  Always consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon

 Deciding upon breast lift or augmentation is a personal choice. If you want to have larger breasts you will need to go with implants. If you go with implants you may or may not need a lifting operation depending on the size that you want.  You have some asymmetry with the right breast slightly different shape than the left. Yes, abdominoplasty may be done without having to do Lipo suction. The Abdominoplasty will tighten the skin, remove fat, as well as tighten the abdominal muscle. Sometimes excess fatty tissue on the sides/flanks may benefit from liposuction. Everybody is different and a complete assessment will be performed at the time of your consultation so you know exactly what will be needed at the time of surgery.

Implants have greatly improved over the past 20 years. The silicone gel in the new implants are fourth and fifth generation from the original gel lmplants. The FDA recommends changing out breast implants at 10 years. Implant company representatives however do not think it's necessary to change out implants if they are not causing any problems.
