Forty-two year old mother who had a prior subglandular breast augmentation with saline implants. She felt her breasts were too large and wanted to reduce the size of her implants and lift her breasts for improved symmetry. She underwent removal of her current implants, replacement with sub-muscular 285cc moderate profile gel implants and a mastopexy. Before and 1 year post-op pics.
