If you have gel implants then you are unlikely to feel the gel from the rupture unless there is leakage outside of the capsule which can form small nodules. The best way to evaluate a surgical outcome is compare photos from multiple angles to photos you have from before surgery. It does appear that you have some fullness of your flanks that could be addressed with liposuction. You also have some thickened scars that may benefit from scar revision. Hello and congratulations on your weight loss! After significant weight loss, the biggest need during body contouring procedures is skin excision which appears to be the case for you. However, in regards to your abdomen it does appear as though you have some fullness of your flanks that could be addressed with liposuction in addition to an extended abdominoplasty. Thank you for your question. There are obvious benefits to having procedures combined during a mommy makeover which can safely be done under a single anesthesia. The most important factor to consider for combined procedures is total time under anesthesia. I try to limit outpatient procedures to less than 6 hours. With more work than that to be done, you should discuss with your surgeon your concerns regarding the length of the combined procedures and expectations for recovery.
Will having a tummy tuck (with liposuction) procedure while having fibroids leave a bulge on my tummy

Thanks for your question. It depends on the size of the fibroids. During a tummy tuck the excess skin is removed but can only be tightened to fit the contour of the abdominal wall underneath so if the fibroids are large enough they could impact your results. If you have any imaging regarding the size of your fibroids you should review this with your board certified plastic surgeon before your procedure.

Only being a week out from surgery still with bruising and swelling it is hard to tell anything. Give it some time to allow the skin a chance to tighten up as it adapts to the new contour underneath now that some volume has been taken away. Unless the plan was to perform staged procedures with liposuction then a tummy tuck, I would recommend waiting at least 6 months so you can see if you get the results from the 360 lipo that you wanted.
