This patient is a 31 year old female with concerns of breast asymmetry due to scoliosis. Her ideal was to be a full C or a small D and to still be able to wear the same dress size after surgery. She underwent a transaxillary breast augmentation with 300cc and 380cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile implants to correct asymmetry.
