Thank you for your question. Looking at your photos I would suggest for the best results a tummy tuck. That will allow your surgeon to tighten the abdominal wall muscles and remove the extra skin. When you are seen in person your surgeon may recommend a laser assisted liposuction. This helps with the loose skin but may not improve it 100%. I would suggest seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options. Best of luck to you.

I would suggest a tummy tuck to flatten the belly out, lipo for the flank area and potentially the arms and a breast lift. The arms may need an armlift to be done base on the amount of skin there. This is fat around the intestinal area and the only way to get rid of that is weight loss and diet. Liposuction will slim your midsection down by inches reducing the pinchable fat and getting some skin retraction. Whereas a tummy tuck will allow you to tighten up the abdominal wall muscles if need and allows your surgeon to remove the extra skin.
