This 25yo patient is 5'4" and weighs 125 lbs. The patient desired a larger, fuller breast and to help her acheive the look she wanted I used the Allergan saline implant 420-450cc and placed them under the muscle on both sides. To help create a little more cleavage I used the Mod Profile.
