Frown lines are caused by muscles (corrugators) pulling the eyebrows down and together. When these muscles are inactivated with Botox, the eyebrows move in the opposite direction producing a desirable eyebrow lift.

To improve the squint lines at the outer corner of the eyes (crow's feet) the Botox must be injected into these areas.

Injection of Botox into the forehead will smooth the forehead lines but can result in an undesirable droop of the eyebrows.

Sorry about your disappointment. Very likely your pre-op pictures would reveal a degree of asymmetry in breast crease and/or nipple position. Large implants may cause (as in your case) a "bottoming out" which can accentuate the asymmetry.

You didn't say whether or not you were pleased with the overall size of your breasts. A successful revision would likely require smaller implants as well as a correction of the bottoming out.

From your surgical history and description of your abdominal appearance, you probably have weak abdominal muscles and a wide separation of the mid-line muscles (diastasis recti or ventral hernia). Unfortunately, abdominal strengthening exercises will offer limited improvement for those problems.

However, you should check with your surgeon to see what exercises might be helpful. Core muscle strength is important for back support.

There is no reason to alter your usual work-out routine before breast augmentation. Whether the implants or placed above or below the muscle, there would be no benefit to not working out the chest muscles.

Bra cup sizes vary from brand to brand, so a final cup size can't be promised.

Having said that, for your body frame a 400-425 cc implant will probably be in a C cup range.

I suggest you review lots of before and after pictures to find the breast size you like. Be sure and find pictures of patients who are similar to your height, weight, and breast shape.

Without photos and specific details (e.g., your height, weight, tummy tuck or total body lift, amount of liposuction?, etc.) I can only answer in general terms:

The "average" patient after tummy tuck ( as opposed to total body lift) has fully recovered by 4-8 weeks.

Most patients can stand up straight in 5-10 days.

Drain tube use will vary from PS to PS. For routine tummy tuck, some use no drains and others will remove them from a few days...

After breast augmentation, it generally take 6 weeks to 6 months for the breasts to soften and settle. It is very frustrating for both the patient and the PS when that doesn't happen.

All scars are permanent and can't be "erased".

A "mature" scar is flat,soft, and white, so your scar is probably at least 6-12 months old and is unlikely to respond to laser or injection treatments.

A white scar may be more noticable with a ruddy or darker complexion. Camouflage tattooing of the scar might be a consideration.
