This is a 31 year-old patient who presented with complaints of changes in her breasts after childbirth. She had a bilateral breast augmentation using a periareolar approach with placement of smooth, round Moderate Profile saline implants. The implants were inflated to a volume of 390 cc on each side. The post-operative photographs show full and shapely breasts.
