Recovery after rhinoplasty can vary from individual to individual. Typically it takes 4-6 weeks for healing to be complete. It can take several months for all swelling in the nasal tip area to abate. At 3 weeks after the surgery if you are feeling comfortable, I think it would be reasonable for you to attend the concert. Your nose however, will not be completely healed. You will need to take great caution to avoid anything that could bump or hit your nose.

In abdominoplasty surgery, we remove extra skin from the abdominal region. Typically the length of the scar is dictated by the amount of skin that needs to be removed. In other words the longer the scar the more skin that can be removed. When people have extra skin in their 'love handle' areas, the incision extends from hip to hip. This allows contouring of not only the abdomen but the love handle regions as well. There are no real medical issues that arise related to the length of the scar....
