This patient is a 35 year old woman (5' 6" tall) who was very unhappy with the contour of her abdomen. She underwent an extended abdominoplasty during which 5,073 grams (11.2 pounds) of fat and skin were removed. She lost a total of 44 lbs following surgery, and weighed 180 lbs at the time of her postoperative photos.
