This patient is a 62 year old (6' 198 lb) man who had been unhappy with the appearance of his chest for many years. After retirement, he was planning on moving south and wanted to enjoy being at the beach and pool without wearing a shirt. He underwent correction of his gynecomastia using both liposuction and direct excision of tissue.
