Patient is a very active and healthy 49-year-old woman who had 6 pregnancies 4 of which delivered via c-section. She is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 136 pounds. Despite her active lifestyle she was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen and fullness in her lower back. She elected to have an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her lower back. This surgery removed 1360 grams (3 pounds) from her abdomen and 475cc of fat from her lower back. Two years after these procedures she is 10 pounds lighter.
