This patient complained of aching, pain, heaviness, tiredness, fatigue, leg cramps, throbbing and restlessness in his left leg. He had taken pain medication to help with the symptoms. The symptoms had interfered with his daily activities, which involved standing 4-6 hours per day. Elevating his legs brought minimal relief. He was diagnosed with venous insufficiency in his left leg which was treated with high thigh ligation, RFA, EVLA and echosclerotherapy.
