The patient had worn compression stockings for 8 months with no improvement to the varicose veins. The ultrasound and physical exam showed significant symptomatic saphenous varicosities including perforators in both legs. High thigh ligation, radiofrequency ablation, endovenous laser ablation, and echosclerotherapy to both legs successfully treated the venous reflux disease.
