If the skin is very loose,  the pubic area might be raised by a few centimeters after a tummy tuck. However, if the skin is not very loose, the pubic area might not be raised at all.

I recommend Sculptra to restore the volume to your cheeks and Restylane L to fill in the nasolabial crease. Increasing the volume of your cheeks will help, but will not eliminate the sharp NLF crease. Resylane Lyft can be used to make your upper lips fuller.

First, fillers don’t correct chin “peau d’orange”. Botox/Dysport injections are the proper treatment for that condition. Second, I assume the filler in your cheeks was HA. According to the manufacturer, this produce lasts about one year. However, I have seen it last, in part, up to three years. If the nipples were symmetric before breast implants, they should be symmetric after breast implants. I think your breasts need restoration volume of the upper part of your breasts. Implants will do just that if the surgeon places them correctly. I think the asymmetry of your nipples is too minor to warrant a surgical correction.

I can’t really see the problem from the pictures you included. Also, you did not state what type of filler was injected. If your doctor injected an HA filler such as Restylane or Jeuvederm, it can be dissolved with an injection of an enzyme called hyaluronidase. However, HA fillers usually don’t last 2 years. If a seroma is not drained and kept drained in a timely manner, the body will line the seroma with a synovial tissue that is smooth and non-adherent and non-absorptive. There is a simple way to determine whether liposuction of your abdomen and waist will result in a significant improvement. It is the pinch test. If you can pinch a layer of skin and fat on your belly that is at least 1 inch thick, liposuction will result in an improvement. The thicker the tissue in the pinch, the more improvement liposuction will produce. If the pinch is less than an inch, your fat is inside your belly wrapped around your large intestine and it can’t be removed.

Without pictures, it is possible that my response here might be inappropriate. However, after Sculptra, I think that Restylane Lyft, or an equivalent Jeuvederm product would be best. I would inject the filler deep and side effects would be unusual. It should not make the veins more visible and the fillers will not be visible if it is injected deep.
