This young patient came in to discuss breast augmentation. This particular patient had had a child, breast fed, and lost former fullness in her breasts and felt that they drooped much lower than they had prior to having her child. The initial consultation was to discuss breast implants but upon evaluation and discussion with this patient, she elected to get a lift in addition to implants. These are her before and afters.
