Different surgeons have different recommendations. It may be recommended to avoid underwire if the scar is in the fold. It may be recommended to wear an underwire if support is need at the fold. Discuss your case with your surgeon.

You have to allow for postop changes to occur. The photo is at an angle but it looks like the implants are still riding high and need to drop, not that they have dropped too much. Smooth implants drop over the first few months. You also cannot determine the final scar resting place at this point but hopefully it will be in the fold. Of course, your surgeon is needed to provide a hands on evaluation and discussion.
6 weeks post-op breast aug and my nipples are super sore and sensitive, is this normal?

There are two common reasons you would have sore nipples. One is that placing an implant stretches the intercostal nerves which provide sensation to the breast and nipple and these nerves have altered activity, either decreased or increased until they heal. And two, the implant has made the breasts more firm and added projection, so likely the nipples are suffering from more friction than they used to.

Well obviously there is not going to be an official proven answer to this question , but I would not be significantly concerned about this. Implants are sterilized at a very high temperature over 250° , so much higher than anything you're experiencing. I would attempt to minimize how often this is occurring, but I would not stress about it.

This is a common question. Certainly you would not gain 15 pounds from the addition of just the weight of the implants. It is common to have increased fluid retention and swelling and edema after surgery and anesthesia which will resolve. Your implants are 650 mL and at 1.04 g per cc this would come out to 676 g. The shell on the saline implant weighs about 20 g. So each implant is about 696 g, making the total of the two implants 3.06 pounds.

 It sounds as if you have edema post operatively. This is very common with A tummy tuck especially if a significant amount of liposuction was done with the abdominoplasty. I would recommend wearing compression until this resolves.  Either the abdominal binder that I am sure you had after surgery or a tight pair of compression garment that you can buy in s store such as Spanx.  I typically require compression for two weeks but then use it as needed after that and ithe as needed is for...

 I can understand your concerns. In fact this is something I deal with on a daily basis. People, especially in the beach going areas  such as the gulf coast, are very hesitant to proceed with Abdominoplasty due tothe concern for scarring. Smart Liposuction or any of the energy-based liposuction devices will add additional skintightening  to traditional liposuction but they do not replace skin removal when skin removal is needed.
