This is a 48-year-old female who was diagnosed with Right Breast Cancer nine years prior to her initial consultation. She underwent lumpectomy with radiation and chemotherapy after her initial diagnosis, but then nine years later decided to undergo bilateral mastectomies with no reconstruction. Before her mastectomy, she was an A-cup. When she came to Dr. Hunsicker seeking breast reconstruction options, she was specifically interested in fat grafting with use of the BRAVA device and was hoping to be a full A-cup but did not “want to be large.” After use of the BRAVA device pre-operatively, and this patient underwent three fat grafting surgeries. In the last surgery, Dr. Hunsicker placed smooth, round silicone cohesive gel implants bilaterally to produce the patient’s desired volume and achieve symmetry. These After photos were taken at 6 months After the final surgery, and post-two treatments of micropigmentation of the Nipple Areolar Complex. (NOTE: Pt. was still due for a third micropigmentation/tattooing treatment at the time of the 6 month follow-up visit.)
