This is a 34 year-old patient who presented with complaints of small and uneven breasts. She had a bilateral breast augmentation using a periareolar approach with placement of smooth, round Moderate Profile saline implants. The implants were inflated to a volume of 430 on each side. The post-operative photographs show the patients shapely, rounded breasts.
