This is a 39 year old patient who presented with complaints of changes in her breasts after childbirth. She had a bilateral breast augmentation using a periareolar approach with placement of smooth, round Moderate Profile Plus saline implants. The implants were inflated to a volume of 350 cc on each side. The post-operative photographs show the patients shapely curvaceous breasts.
