Your c-section scar can certainly be used as part of the tummy tuck incision. The incision is usually extended to each side for to accommodate the amount of excess skin laxity that needs to be excised. Not using the c-section scar and going above it has it’s own risk as the blood supply between the new and old scar will be compromised and at risk of having complications. (Young R. Based on description and photo I believe you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck. The location of the scar is usually low on the abdomen. In my practice I try to make my incision just below the c section scar in order to remove the c section scar and leave just one scar behnd. The length of the tummy tuck scar will usually be longer than the c section scar because the length of the tummy tuck scar is related to how much excess skin is present and how much skin is removed.
The tummy tuck procedure is designed to remove the excess skin, tighten the muscle layer which gets stretched with pregnancy, like the skin and I typically perform some liposuction with nearly every tummy tuck. I would recommend that you be at or near your ideal body weight before the procedure since it is not a weight losing procedure but a body contouring procedure. Based on the limited picture I think you should be able to have the tummy tuck incision placed in the previous C-section scar line.
Assuming you have completed having pregnancies and have achieved a long-term stable weight you may be an excellent candidate for tummy tuck surgery.
The tummy tuck procedure will serve to remove “excess” skin and adipose tissue and plicate (put back together) the abdominal wall muscles that spread when you were heavier.

You look to have lots of extra abdominal skin and as such should be able to have a low TT scar.
